Sell online without losing track of stock, orders or money.

We build online stores, order and inventory systems and payment flows for shops and brands that sell on the web, on social media and in person — so every channel tells the same story.

Overview

One source of truth for every channel you sell on.

Most retailers we speak to don’t have a website problem — they have a joined-up problem. Customers find you on social media, ask questions on WhatsApp, pay by transfer and sometimes still walk into the shop. When each of those channels keeps its own records, stock goes wrong, orders slip and the owner ends up doing reconciliation at midnight.

We start by mapping how a sale actually moves through your business today, from the first message to delivery. Then we build the smallest set of tools that gives you one view of products, orders and payments: a fast store, reliable payment confirmation, shared stock and clear order status for customers and staff.

The result should be something your team can run day to day. We hand over with training and documentation, and we can stay on to keep the store fast, secure and up to date.

Common challenges

Problems retailers bring to us

  1. Orders scattered across channels

Some orders arrive on Instagram, some on WhatsApp, some on the website and some at the counter, and nobody has the full picture.

  2. Stock that never matches

An item shows as available online after the last one sold in the shop, and the refund conversation costs you the customer.

  3. Payments that need chasing

Bank transfers are confirmed by screenshot, failed card payments go unnoticed and reconciling the day’s takings takes hours.

  4. A slow, fragile store

The site is slow on mobile data, breaks after plugin updates and nobody is sure who can fix it.

  5. Delivery that runs on phone calls

Customers keep asking where their order is because dispatch updates live in someone’s chat history.

What we build

What we build for retailers

From a first online store to the systems behind a growing multi-channel business.

Online stores

Fast WooCommerce or custom storefronts that load well on mobile data and that your team can update without a developer.

Payments and reconciliation

Card, transfer and wallet payments through providers such as Paystack and Flutterwave, with automatic confirmation and daily reports.

Inventory and order management

One stock count shared by the website, social sales and the shop floor, with low-stock alerts and order status for every channel.

WhatsApp and social ordering

Catalogue links, order capture and status updates that fit the way many customers already like to buy.

Customer and loyalty tools

Order history, repeat-purchase reminders and simple rewards that help you keep the customers you already won.

Product search and assistants

Search that understands what shoppers mean and an assistant that answers sizing, delivery and returns questions from your own policies.

Questions

Questions retailers ask

Can’t see your question? Ask us directly — you’ll get a straight, practical answer, even if it’s “you don’t need us for this”.

Should we use WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom store?

It depends on your catalogue, your team and how much control you need. Shopify is quick to start, WooCommerce gives you more ownership and flexibility, and a custom build makes sense when your process doesn’t fit either. We’ll recommend the simplest option that fits, even if it isn’t the one we build.

Can you connect our online store to the stock in our physical shop?

Yes. We can link the store to your point-of-sale or build a light stock system that both channels share, so a sale in one place updates the other.

Which payment providers can you integrate?

We regularly work with Nigerian gateways such as Paystack and Flutterwave, and with international providers such as Stripe for overseas customers. We also set up automatic confirmation so your team isn’t checking transfers by hand.

Can you take over and fix an existing store?

Yes. We start with an audit of speed, security and the checkout, fix what is urgent, and then agree a plan for the rest — or a monthly care plan if you just need it kept healthy.

Do you build mobile shopping apps?

We do, but many retailers get more from a fast mobile website first. If your customers buy often enough to install an app, we’ll build one that shares the same back end as your store.
